Delete an account

Any AmanahVale account can be deleted, with everything in it. Here is how.
A student's account
Ask the teacher or the school. The teacher can delete a student's account from their class page, and it is gone straight away.
A parent or guardian can also write to us at faizanayub16@gmail.com. Tell us the school, the class and the student's username — never send the PIN. We check with the school that the request is genuine, then delete the account and write back to say it is done — within 30 days of your message.
A teacher's account
Write to faizanayub16@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with, and we will delete your account and your own training records. Your classes, and the students in them, are kept, so the children's work is not lost; their school decides what happens to them.
What is deleted
- The account itself: name, username or email, and the PIN or password.
- All learning records: lessons finished, quiz and practice answers, ticks, notes, predictions and goals.
- For a student, their place in their class.
What is kept
Only a short note in our administrative log that an account was deleted, and by whom — nothing about what was in it.
