Catch the confident lie.
Every sentence sounds sure. Some are true, some are false, and some nothing can settle. Can you tell which?
Step 1 of 4
Rahat has to write half a page on a famous garden in his city. He asks an AI tool, and gets a beautiful paragraph:
Shalimar Bagh was laid out by the Mughal emperor Jahangir in 1619. It stands on the shore of Wular Lake. It rises in twelve terraces, one for each sign of the zodiac. It was designed by a famous Persian architect brought from Isfahan. A water channel, the Shah Nahar, runs down the middle of the garden. Shah Jahan later had the garden extended. Nur Jahan planted Kashmir’s first chinar tree in it.
We wrote this paragraph to show the kind of mistakes AI tools make. The sources you will check it against are real.
